Overall was a great place to stay

Pros: Great location, spacious property with everything we needed

Cons: Floors made the bottoms of your feet very dirty and weird smell throughout the property

Pros: Access to beach, cleanliness, comfort of furniture & beds, large array of kitchen wares, plenty of bath towels, access to floor fan, iron & ironing board

Pros: Had everything we needed except washer and dryer in unit

Cons: Code to gate to beach changed daily and wasn't notified. Other guests gave us code

Pros: The condo was beautiful and well equipped, The view was awesome, and we loved. being right on the beach

Cons: I tried to call RealJoy with a simple question but could not get through to a real person. I did not like the phone app, it was confusing and did not seem very user friendly. There was no hair dryer.

Very well kept facilities, minus a few exterior cracks. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Pros: The property was well kept. The pool was very clean, which is hard to come by nowadays with condominiums.

Cons: The only thing I would say is the luggage carts were hard to get when we arrived, but eventually we were able to get one to finish unloading.

Perfect little spot right on the beach and super clean!

Pros: We loved the location! Right on the beach with a beautiful view and clean and comfortable amenenties.

Cons: We had some issues with the guests below us with noise and not following the rules of the condo. We did not see anyone enforcing these and the office closes so there were more issues after hours. I did report this.
