The condo was a great location & good for a family.

Pros: Ocean front, easily accessible parking garage & elevator, beach access

Cons: The exterior door needs a child proof lock up high for families like me with small children. I had to place things in front of door at night because I was afraid my child may go outside.

Stay was absolutely amazing.

Pros: Love that it was beachfront. Everything was super simple from checking in to checking out. Definitely recommend staying here at Aquavista.

Cons: There is nothing that i disliked.

Family Vacay at Aquavista

Pros: Location on the beach was excellent! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was very convenient. The view from the balcony was awesome. Secure covered parking was a plus. Pool was very clean. Easy beach access. Kitchen fully equipped to make meals. Staff was very friendly and checked on us via text. Actual people answered the phone when we called prior to our stay and responded to texts during our stay to address our needs.

Cons: Bathrooms at the pool need updating and better monitoring. They smelled terrible and we were in them at different times on multiple days, including times when the pool was not busy. It was such a stark contrast to how clean the pool was. Our condo unit master bath shower was extremely slow to drain (couple of hours to fully drain after two minutes of running shower), we called maintenance to repair after the first night. This was repaired the same day we called.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay for the most part!

Pros: The room was great. Very nicely furnished, with plenty of towels. Beds slept good and beautiful view of the beach.

Cons: The Wi-Fi didn’t work half the time. The hot tub did not work properly. Jets were not pushing the water with enough force to enjoy the circulation. Pool was closed one day, because a glass table fell over on one of the balconies and glass broke. Large black spider was on the ceiling the last day we were there. The biggest issue I had was all the codes for different entries into the facility. As a senior citizen, it was difficult for me to remember which codes went where. I didn’t like all that personally. It made things more complicated.
