I would say a eight

Pros: It was very clean but the carpet needs to be cleaned

Cons: Just when we got there the door was open and the windows were unlocked other than that we loved it

Exceptional

Pros: Everything was accessible, location was great! Overall, the stay was good with it being our first time visiting PCB, I'm glad I booked with Real Joy.

Cons: Televisions in the unit did not work, but when I called, they sent someone out to fix the problem for the main living area or as we say family area, but we would have liked the televisions working in each room, but we made it work by watching movies or mainly what the kids liked.
