Our stay here was perfect everything was clean and it was alot to do right here on the resort

Pros: The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance.

Cons: The parking garage should’ve had a way to be able to unload your items better and the front desk staff should let you know more of what is available on the resort.

Pros: The room itself was amazing. Very clean throughout, and the view was fantastic. The master bedroom and master bathroom were perfect, and our 3 younger girls loved the bunk bedroom. The furniture and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The elevator wait times were awful. We understand the size of the resort and the amount of people staying can tend to lead to long wait times, but we waited over 20 minutes a few different times. The location outside of the resort was rough at times. A couple of nights law enforcement had their hands full with rowdy kids and teenagers out on the beach and streets.
