Overall we had a great time and enjoyed staying at Grandview. We would absolutely visit again!

Pros: The property was in a fantastic location to where it was easy to access the beach and close to restaurants and activities to where we did not have to travel far by car. The apartment was very spacious and provided ample amount of room to move around which was beneficial as there was 5 of us staying(3 adults and 2 children) and one of the kids was my son who is autistic and was in much need of constant movement and one of the adults was my 88 year old grandmother. We also enjoyed how there was handicap accessible materials such as a shower chair which was useful for my grandmother. Another part of the apartment that we enjoyed was how well stocked the kitchen was in terms of pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.

Cons: The room was on the 10th floor and from walking around in the apartment we thought the floor was concrete so we were not concerned with my son who is autistic bouncing around and stemming. Unfortunately I did receive a call saying we had received noise complaints about my son running around and bouncing. There was also a noise complaint about banging which we assumed it was from where my grandmother had left the balcony door open in the master bedroom so the cross breeze from the front door caused the master bedroom double doors to slam shut. So if anyone has children who might need to bounce around just be aware. But the lady I spoke to (I think her name was Kailey but I’m not sure) was so amazing and completely understanding of my situation and told me she would relay the message to the owners.

Our stay was amazing. Soo relaxing. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play in their home.

Pros: Everything was great. Loved the space, the location, having the beach at the doorstep. The location was great, near restaurant and shopping. Would definitely recommend
