Overall I enjoyed my stay because I love the beach. Beach access was easy. At traffic is light. Felt the location w

Pros: The location was great. Short walk to the beach. Unit was comfortable. Keurig was nice. Appliances were nice. Ample towels and wash clothes.

Cons: The floors needed to be cleaned and porch needed to be washed off. Loose flooring noted. Smoke alarms sitting in drawers rather than on wall. There is no dishwasher. Found a couple of hairs in the shower upon arrival. Some eating utensils in drawers were not clean. Microwave needed to be cleaned. No chairs on back porch. The shuffle board court and tennis courts need desperate repair. Other guest played loud music day and evening. Smelled marijuana from parking lot. Need more underwater pool lights for night swimming.
