Except for 2-night heat in master bedroom, we had a great 5-day stay.

Pros: Very clean. Excellent bathrooms (2) and kitchen area. Lots of garage space to keep our car out of the sun. Great location on South Thomas Drive which had us checking out excellent restaurants that we had never visited before. Also fairly close to Publix on North Thomas and lots of gas stations with reasonable prices. Loved the ceiling fans. We quickly learned the complex door code, which turned out to be more convenient than a card. Great gate and swimming pool guard staff--very nice and friendly as well as friendly housekeeping staff throughout the facility. Excellent lighting everywhere. Great swimming pool area.

Cons: Unfortunately it took 2 nights for AC (set at 70 as lowest level) to overcome the heat from previous inoccupancy in the master bedroom, which faced the setting sun--we could not feel air coming out of vents. 2nd bedroom and other rooms were very cool the entire stay. However, we did have to keep drapes closed on living room and master bedroom to block external heat. Being on the 2nd floor, lots of noise from bar and swimming pool between 6-10 pm but both closed promptly at 10 pm. All chairs in the living room and master bedroom were very uncomfortable but 2 sofas were comfy.

Love it. We will be back.

Pros: Perfect location for our purpose. Was clean and very well decorated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully functional and everything we needed was there.
