Blown away and would absolutely stay here again!

Pros: Blown away by the presentation of this Beach House! It’s exactly like the images. We loved how modern and spacious it was. You definitely get your money’s worth and more!! The hosts have thought about everything! Games, spices for cooking!, toiletries and more. Really impressed! The house was also immaculately clean!

Pros: Property was brand new and it pristine condition. Location was great and host was fantastic! Perfect for small family or big group.... Would stay again!

10/10 perfect beach stay

Pros: This beach house was perfect! The location is unbeatable so close to Alys Beach and Rosemary, and just a 5-minute walk to Inlet Beach. It was super clean, spacious, and beautifully kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Plus, it came stocked with plenty of beach gear which made the trip even easier. Such a beautiful spot—I can’t wait to revisit!

Perfect last minute stay!

Pros: The house was beautiful and so clean! It was in a great location.

Cons: In the evening the downstairs blinds can be seen through. This may not seem like a big deal since this house is the only rentable property right now but people do drive by in the evening and once everything is built out there will be a lot of passers by.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Pros: The home is comfortable, modern, and well decorated. It is a perfect walking distance to inlet beach access and 30 Avenue, and not far to Rosemary Beach. The staff was responsive and accommodating.

Cons: Nothing. The neighborhood is under construction and the community pool is not yet built, but we knew that up front. The house was fantastic for our family.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The house was new, super clean, and felt just like home. The beds were very comfortable not too soft or too firm perfect for everyone. The whole house had a fresh, neutral scent, including the towels and linens. The furniture and household items were beautiful and high quality. The sofa was large and great for relaxing, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, I was able to work without any issues. The location was excellent: Publix was 5 minutes away, the beach was right across the street, and a beautiful public beach was just a 2-minute drive. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made our first family trip far from home so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend this place and thank you so much!
