A great home base to see all of 30A.

Pros: Excellent proximity to both Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Cons: Properly is a little dated and under kept. Yet not much they can do with trashy guests who leave their garbage laying in the main entry when the garbage room is 50 ft. away.

Nice place overall.

Pros: Location, pool, bed, view, lanai size and furniture

Cons: We didn’t know about bicycles until we read your registry. Also the ceiling fan hums enough to interfere with our sleep. One complimentary coffee and condiments would be nice for the 1st morning before we get to the store.
