Pros: We love the location & staying on the first floor. It's so nice to just walk out onto the deck & just a few steps away be on the beach. Parking is also a plus. No hassle of parking in a garage & walking forever to get to your unit.

Cons: The only complaint that we had was that the pullout couch was not very comfortable.

Fun, relaxing stay!

Pros: We loved that we could just walk out on the ground floor.

Cons: The trash dumpsters were in front where you walk through to your condo. Sometimes it smelled. But not inside the condo. So we were ok with it. If they could have them on the side of the building.
