Very relaxing enjoyable visit to the gulf.

Pros: Excellent location, very close to the ocean, everything went well for us and there was no waiting on the elevators which were really quick. Very comfortable condo and it was roomy. The owner was very helpful and did not seem to mind my calling her as the email messages were not going through for me. I’ve read past ratings for this property and it seems people will complain on small things. We had a very positive experience and plan to try to make it an annual visit.

Great stay

Pros: Location was great. Beach was good. There was green algae in the water at shore was not any fault of the host or conds other was I was very pleased with our stay

Pros: The owner stayed in contact and was super helpful. The condo had more than we could've asked for from floats to a stocked kitchen and extra pillows and bedding. Easy check in and out.

Pros: Location and view was awesome. It was a beautiful place and decorated nice. Had everything we needed for a great stay.

Cons: Smoke alarm needed a new battery. Contact through email made it a little more difficult. I would have preferred to text.

Perfect Fourth of July get away, clean, had everything we needed. On the quiet family, friendly side of PCB.

Pros: Right on the beach, beautiful view, 2 nice pool/Jacuzzi areas , everything we needed for our stay, great value, good communication with property owner. Nice firework display from right in front of the condo.

Cons: The elevators were slow at times, but it was Fourth of July weekend. The beds and bedding could have been more comfortable, but served the purpose and the dining table is very small but not a big deal for us.
