very peaceful and great location. loved having both a beach and city view

Pros: we had a $215 towing bill. our truck got towed because the parking pass wasn’t in the dashboard yet. we hadn’t even been to the truck to take it in there. we feel like since our vehicle was registered with Sterling Breeze that they should have checked to see if we were registered before towing. we paid $50 a vehicle and still got towed. very upsetting.

Pros: Was in the perfect location to Pier Park and several restaurants, had a heated pool + hot tub! The room was clean and enormous. My family will definitely book again in the future!

Loved the unit, enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning

Pros: I liked that it was beachfront. Also not far from the pier. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shops near property.

Cons: I felt owner of property was over the top with “rules”. I went to relax and she went on about the white towels not being washed with colors or would have to pay$300 to replace. Interesting thing is towels were not the same brand. 🤔 Then on Thursday prior to Saturday arrival sent email stating no alcohol in the unit. Signs in the condo to keep sand outside the condo. It’s a beachfront property! Washer was rusted along with dryer had to be ran twice to get anything to dry. Furniture in living room was very worn. Many other rules, for the building like having to wear a wristband the whole week, one day at the pool “security” went around asking people in hot tub to see their wristbands. For all the “rules” that we were expected to follow, I thought the condo and building would be in pristine condition, not saying it was bad, it was what you would expect for a rental. In saying all that, we did enjoy our stay but definitely could have done without the emails, texts messages and signs in the condo.

My stay was really good and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Not specifically the unit but the elevator of the building often had very long wait times.

Awesome condo for our 4th of July Trip!

Pros: The condo was so nice and spacious. Great location right next to Pier Park which is perfect to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July! Even the little things like having trash bags and letting us use some of their oil and spices was such an awesome touch! We will definitely stay at this condo again. We loved it!

Cons: Nothing. It was all great!

Pros: Very clean unit with everything we needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Tiki bar was not open. Only 1 luggage cart for 8 people. Price was too high for there to be any lack of service.
