Lazy Palms is a great condo.

Pros: We have stayed at Horizon South for several years and the facilities have always been excellent. The staff and the owners we have met over the years have always been friendly and helpful. This condo was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

Pros: Cleanest of the apartment. Cozy. Close to the beach. Comfortable bed. It felt like a home away from home. A lot better than I expected.

Cons: I can't say that I disliked anything about it other than I couldn't use the golf cart. Other than that, I was well satisfied. My wife and I both loved it.

Pros: I love everything about my stay and I would come back and stay again and it was peace and quiet and my kids love everything about the stay and we love the view and how friendly the people was to us.....

Pros: They thought of everything including the fan I sleep with that I left at home. The nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. I did neglect to read the posting all the way through so being surprised by the resorts requirements for arm bands for each person to be on the grounds not just swimming in the pool was my own fault. The host was accommodating and responded quickly to any questions.

Pros: We had the best fall break trip here! We brought our 15 yr old son and his friend. Condo was clean, very nicely decorated & stocked with tons of extras. We LOVED the golf cart! We never even got in our truck after we checked in until we checked out. Great location not far from Pier Park. Will happily book again.

Pros: Hosts were super attentive! Having the golf cart was amazing! Great location, great facilities, great value, we had everything we needed!! Highly recommend!

Cons: Was not aware of the parking and armband fees ahead of time so that caught me off guard. I didn't notice anyone else wearing armbands so I'm not sure they are necessary.

Pros: Quick and easy when getting to the property, perfect instructions on everything, great responsive host and everything was so clean! The golf cart was a great extra and we were so happy to find a place like this! Everything we needed. It was very clean and had a homey vibe- there’s even a few board and card games. There’s chairs and an umbrella, floats, and extras for outdoor activities. Better than we ever expected!

Pros: Everything was perfect! Location is great, so close to the beach. Golf cart was such a great amenity. The pictures are an accurate representation of the apartment. Bed was comfortable and apartment had all your basic necessities. Check in and out was quick and easy and the host was very helpful with any questions.

Pros: The property was centrally located with excellent amenities. The owners were very responsive, even checking in (by text) with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. The golf cart made getting around and running short errands a breeze. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for a PCB vacation!

Cons: There was nothing wrong with the condo itself—it was great. The only issue I had was with the community wristbands. They were cheaply made, kept coming unclipped, and would fall off. While they’ll replace a damaged wristband if you still have it, you’re required to purchase a new one if you lose it. They really need to provide better wristbands or find a way to track who has already paid for their stay.
