Sterling Breeze - Cozy Beachfront One Bedroom Condo

Second time staying here and in the same room. Love this place.

Pros: Very clean, great location and easy beach access. The pool area is very nice as well.

Cons: No local channels on the tv in our condo

Pros: The location was great. The walk to the car was a little long but the air conditioned walk-across really helped. The elevators were fast and the staff that we met were all very nice, just quick to look for your wristbands. There’s a machine where you can purchase bags of ice that really came in handy with filling up our cooler. The room itself was perfect for 2 adults, bed was okay. The view was great, just a little noisy from the construction going on below. The unit is equipped with a hot plate and mini croc-pot which was a pleasant surprise, as I assumed it just had the mini fridge and sink. The balcony was our favorite part, though the chairs could use some newer cushions. We had a very pleasant experience and plan to come back to this unit in the future.

Cons: When we arrived, the room could have been a bit cleaner. There was an empty beer can on the balcony and sticky liquid all down the front of the mini fridge. There’s also construction going on right at the property, making it a little complicated to leave the parking garage at peak times, but at no fault of Sterling Breeze. The mini fridge struggled to keep up with all our drinks inside, so a cooler is definitely advised. The TV was awful, lagging and buffering no matter what you put it on. There is a DVD player, didn’t see a remote, but would have been better to watch some movies rather than a buffering screen. One lamp did not have a light bulb in it.

Pros: Great location. Comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children!

Cons: Couldn’t get ahold of management, ran out of towels within 2 days. If I had realized I was booking with vacasa again I would have chosen this place

Pros: Close to other locations we visited. Nice view of the Gulf and access to beach.

Cons: The description said a fully equipped kitchen but it was not. There was no stove, just a hot plate. There was just a mini fridge with no room for groceries. Also no dishwasher and the sink was just a mini-bar sink. You should edit your description of the kitchen.

Would love to go back and stay in the same room.

Pros: Felt like home. Very well decorated. The view was nice too!

Cons: Had trouble getting in, was told we had to lift up on the handle as we were trying to open the door. That got to be a pain every time we tried to get back in the room.

Pros: Very cozy for 2 ppl. The elevators were fast but over crowded often.

Pros: La ubicacion es muy buena. Nos dejaron hacer check-in antes y check-out hasta las 12pm. Responden rapido a cuiaquier duda o peticion que tengas. La cama es comoda. Si lo recomiendo.

Cons: Cambiar la cortina del baño ya que estaba muy sucia.

Pros: The room was clean, easily located, and the view was great. I loved the low cleaning fee and the price paid for our stay. We loved our stay and would definitely book again. The concierge staff was always cheerful and very helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

overall our stay was great Pier Park was only a 15 min walk and they have a great outdoor pool area!

Pros: it’s was very clean and the staff was super nice, they even got us an early check in!

Cons: The room we stayed in was connected to another room but blocked off by a big bench/ coat rack
