Pros: Our stay was perfect! The condo is beautiful and very clean. Everything worked as it should. Great view and staff was exceptional. Will definitely be back!

It was a very pleasant experience

Pros: The location, the view, clean and the big plus is that the car parking spot is at the same level as the condo, and not far from the condo

Cons: The elevator is crowded

We had an enjoyable stay, with a little more attention to the room and balcony area, it could have been much better.

Pros: The pool/bar area was great, and the food was good. The room location and view was perfect. All staff that we interacted with during our stay, was courteous and helpful. Other than the issues listed, the room overall was clean and comfortable.

Cons: When we arrived, the front door lock was glitchy from the start. The maintenance man had to show us a trick to make it work bc he stated replacing the locks were so expensive. This was after we spent about 15 minutes on the phone with a representative trying to get into our door and ended up having to use the master code given to us. We could not utilize our outdoor porch furniture, all of the chairs were broken in the seat area. This was disappointing, being that we had such a beautiful view, but couldn’t sit out on the deck to enjoy. There was a fair amount of trash and someone else’s clothing under our children’s bunk beds, which was found when we pulled the bed out to get to the outlet. The master sink stopper broke on our first day there, so for four days we could not utilize the master sink. We called in a work order on our second day and being that it was after hours we had to leave a voicemail and never received a call back or maintenance. When I called today to let you all know we were checking out, I informed the representative that I had put in a voicemail days ago regarding the sink issue and never received a return call. She put me on hold, returned and stated she checked the voicemail and there was nothing there, when in fact, I left a very explicit message just days before. Lastly, we were unable to experience the indoor pool due to the extremely strong odor of pool chemicals. You can smell them outside in the hall close to the area, once we went in the door our eyes were burning immediately. We let the kids get in for about five minutes, which is all any of us could stand.
