Great views, clean and comfortable unit but don’t count on using the TV’s!

Pros: The view from the balcony was fabulous and the unit was very clean. There were plenty of towels and many kitchen utensils for our use. The check-in procedure was easy and received well ahead of time.

Cons: We arrived just in time to watch an important playoff game, but the livingroom TV would not work, even using the supplied instructions. I used every possible combination of ways to make it work, but it would not switch out of Roku tv into cable tv. Plus, there was no sound! The master bedroom TV was almost as bad but it had sound and it acknowledged my Firestick so I was able to access the game but it took multiple steps and lots of time! So the 3 of us watched the game in the bedroom. Instructions left for that tv were wrong, too. Also, the master ceiling fan would not turn on (only the light worked) and the Keurig was very fickle! Luckily, I had brought my own, which we ended up using. These things were irritating but over all, the unit was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
