Pros: No breakfast here (was a condo.) Location was fine, quieter part of front beach yet only a short drive to everything.

Cons: Hot tub was down for a time. When it was operational again it was occupied up until 10:00. Next morning it was not opened at 8:00 so we couldn’t use before we left. Disappointed (love this hot tub) The bad thing about this place is the parking-dreadfully tight and some units seem to have to parallel park in the front! Also LOOK CLOSE; you can barely tell where to turn in from the road-just a jumbled up entrance. No place is perfect and I will continue to come to Tropic Winds every year and hopefully stay in the same unit.

Had a great time and the room was perfect.

Pros: The room was fantastic, plenty of space, comfortable, great location and the balcony was awesome.

Cons: There’s absolutely ZERO customer service or staff, once you’re in the room you’re on your own. Be sure to get your parking passes on your own or your vehicle will be towed like ours was and had to get it out of the tow yard on our 2nd day there.

Good value good beach. Good pool.

Pros: Beach access great. Elevator good. Beds comfortable. Overall rental was clean. Parking was tight but doable with our SUV. Beach was nice and quiet with lots of shells. We saw dolphins from the balcony on our last day.

Cons: 2nd bedroom has spots on wall... Mold? And the curtains in 2nd bedroom needed to be cleaned looks like there was vomit on them.
