Honeymoon-loved it

Had a great time & will be back!

Pros: On the beach with tons to do within walking distance. Parents loved Bobs & the Tiki Bar while the kids loved having plenty of room in the condo & multiple pools.

Cons: The elevators constantly broke down & took forever.

Pros: Fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean room with all the kitchen appliances you would need (blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). Very well maintained apartment where the owner provides all the comforts of home such as plenty of linens, hair dryer, Roku TV, stereo, washer & dryer in-room...and the list goes on and on. All around fantastic place to stay at PCB.

Cons: Nothing at all, i can't say enough good things about this place!

Fabulous place to stay for the beach

Pros: The condo had everything I needed. Great location to walk to restaurants and such close proximity to St Andrews State Park. The staff were really nice.

Pros: The unit was very nice, could be a little cleaner, Really liked that there was items like salt and pepper, coffee, and sunscreen was available. The grounds were nice. We will be back.

Cons: Dirty towels left behind in the hamper, and the tub and toliet was a dirty.

Pros: The unit was great. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and an excellent view.

Cons: The unit was good. The pool closed TBD and closed way sooner than expected at peak season. It closed by 8pm every night.

It was great we enjoyed our vacation

Pros: I love the location and everything was great my contact person was very attentive and resolved 2 minor issues we had. The beds where very soft, the couches where soft as well and it came with all the basic needs and more

Cons: Not being able to get in ocean but that's not the Summits fault. Comes with vacationing in Fla.
